Under the terms of our contract, you must tell us if you are moving our rental equipment. Depending on where you are relocating, we can move the items for you, or you can have them moved yourself, but this can be discussed when you call us.

Call us, and we will arrange to get it repaired, fixed or replaced, depending on the problem. No expense to you - that's one of the many benefits of renting! (The only time there may be a charge is if there has been a breakage or damage caused other than normal wear and tear.)

We have payment facilities set up for Direct Debit, and payment days are arranged with you to suit your weekly or fortnightly paydays.

Yes, the person whose name is on the application must be home to accept delivery of the appliances and sign the documentation required.
